Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Sassy Cactus Creek Collection!

We offer refund and/or exchanges within the first 15 days after delivery, if 15 days have passed since your item(s) have been delivered, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item(s) must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If the item has a manufacturers' defect, you must notify us within 3 days from delivery in order to be eligible for a return.

Exchanges 

All exchanges will be treated as a return. Your return will be processed and you will be given store credit. If you want to purchase the item(s) in a different size or color, you will need to make a new purchase with your store credit.


Non-returnable items

The following are exempt from refunds and or returns:

  • Items that have been delivered more than 15 days ago

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items - All clearance items are final sale 

  • Items that have been worn or are dirty/stained (smoke, pet hair, perfume, makeup, deodorant, appearance of being worn or washed, etc)

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). When returning your item(s) consider sending the item(s) back with trackable shipping, we can not honor a refund until we have received and inspected the item(s).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you paid for shipping on your original purchase this amount will not be refunded.

Email Info@sassycactuscreekcollection.com with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, reason for return request and pictures of the item(s) that you are requesting to be returned.
